Hi Abbey, we used an eCommerce WooTheme for our site (we sell wedding favors,etc) and needed multiple volume pricing lines, and up to 12 choices for designs, colours, personalized wording, etc. on the order page. We contacted the person who built the theme, and he did the customization for us for under $300. We considered that a reasonable cost for all the extras we needed to put in. Best part is that it is user friendly on the inside, so it makes changes easy.

So I suggest you look for a programmer and see what they would charge. For what you need, it should be modest price. Good Luck!

Thanks for stopping by. It is possible to have a shopping cart like you wish for. There are a lot of shopping cart and eCommerce plugins/themes available. I’m not familiar though with a plugin that can help you just like that. I think it will require some coding even if you install a plugin with this feature.

My website!! Ahh..it’s so old. I personalise kids products.
Was thinking that there might be a simple clean very affordable template that allowed me to offer my customers the enter text here window e.g write the child’s name here: I don’t want the graphic design itself to change online. Just the ability for them to add this text in a text box on the same page as they select the product. The I want their text to show up in their cart alongside the product description.
e.g 1x Hotcar T-shirt Size 4 Black TEXT: Johnny P
Any ideas – if this is possible??
